Ideas Pop in Architecture: Frank Gehry and His Art

[Dipity]

Frank Gehry (1929):
According to the New York Times, he is "the most acclaimed American architect since Wright."[New York Times] Indeed, he always have new and creative ideas for us to look at. All of his buildings are very distinguishable from other buildings because of his so-called, "Gehry's Style." Many of his beautiful buildings are created in his sketch book, but one might see his drawings and say, "Huh? What is this?" His drawings do not have straight lines or consist of perfect shapes; it only has so-called, "scribbles." It is not just "scribbles" or doodles, but they are the start of a new concept that people will be fascinated to look. [From: Stanford University]
